Today is only a two day week as a result of Thanksgiving and I am beyond stoked that tomorrow is our last day. I have become totally obsessed with Mulan the last few says because of MLIA. I just recently memorized the song, "I'll Make a Man Out of You" and I sing it all the time. :la: I am pretty upset though, that there are no new Bleach episodes this week on Adult Swim so that means I'll be catching up on Nana.

Also extremely excited because my birthday is in exactly two weeks! :omg: Can't wait for my party because it's totally anime themed!

Konnichiwa! First off let me say that I am a HUGE anime fan. I love anything and everything that has to do with Japan, whether it's the culture, the cuisine, the fashion, or the language. I also plan on taking a trip to Japan the summer after my senior year of high school. I have two really great anime friends to hang out with, but I also have one super amazing best friend that no one could ever take her place (even if she doesn't like anime ^_^)

I am currently studying Japanese, not only the pronunciation, but the Kanji and Romaji as well. My dream is to become fluent in Japanese by the end of my life.

Although anime is a big part of my life, I also enjoy just sitting back and relaxing with a nice long book. I love to read and write; I am taking AP English this coming year in high school and I plan on persuing a career in either teaching or journalism. I also would love to teach english in Japan, but we'll see what happens. ^_^

I am a fan of alternative/punk/pop bands, including The White Tie Affair, Cobra Starship and Mayday Parade. But I also enjoy listening to Disturbed, Muse, and especially J-Pop. (no surprise there)
